Anna Luisa Sudario (Systems Designer)

A multidisciplinary creative and brand strategist who believes the workplace should be "Inclusive by Design." With a foundation in Multimedia Arts and Brand Management, her career has spanned from production design in film to international operations as a Country Support Coordinator in the Philippines for a French Organization.
As someone who is AuDHD (Autism, ADHD, CPTSD, Dyscalculia, Bipolar II), her work is rooted in lived experience. She spent years advocating for marginalized communities, from documenting the livelihoods of the Dumagat Indigenous Peoples to scaling youth development programs. She founded NeuroThrive Alpha to bridge the gap between advocacy and scalable technology, building a strength-based matching system that prioritizes cognitive profiles over rigid social scripts.
